Très satisfaite sur un plan général, comme les 7 convives qui m'accompagnaient.
3 améliorations possibles selon moi :
1) Le temps d'attente entre la convocation et la montée à bord ; surtout en hiver, on serait mieux au chaud...
2) Le repas a déjà un coût (79 €), il serait opportun de proposer 3 choix de plat principal sans surcoût (7€ pour un pavé) ;
3) Manque d'animation : une chanteuse jazz serait parfaite ou un pianiste, quelque chose de simple.
Je conseille cette soirée.

- Equipage très antipathique
- Croisière médiocre
- Ambiance musicale déplorable !! ( Vous aviez évoqué sur votre site une ambiance Jazzy )
Le résumé de cette croisière se limite tout simplement à une très grande déception.

Que dire que le bateau était splendide et spacieux : service impeccable, menu très correct !
cependant 2 bémols à cette balade : ambiance jazzy très moyenne : même si on peut apprécier la musique en sourdine, il y a des limites : son très approximatif et j'attendais personnellement une chanteuse sur le podium !!! autre bémol : personne pour commenter les monuments, pour le touriste lambda, et sans parler de culture à outrance,si on ne connait pas Paris comme sa poche, c'est comme si on n'avait rien vu !!! Dommage.
Peut-être votre publicité n'est pas assez détaillée sur ce dernier point... A moins que qu'on se fasse trop son film à l'avance !
Sinon, pour le reste, ne changez rien ! MERCI

tout d'abord je tiens a vous féliciter pour votre site qui est très bien conçu.
pour le diner croisière étoile qui nous a été offert tout s'est bien passé ceci dit je trouve le prix assez onéreux même si cela reste un moment féerique à passer en amoureux.
une précision également nous avons la possibilité d'acheter des photos souvenirs sur le bateau je trouve le prix "un peu fort" pour un souvenir de cette traversée.
Malgrés ces petits détails je garde un excellent souvenir et je recommande à tout le monde de le faire "une fois dans vie"...

The caberet was the best thing about the night. The dancers were superb and held together the whole night.
On arrival to the night club we were asked to wait for five minutes. Then someone arrived and sat us down at a table with poor vision area and we found our selves twisting or standing up to observe the dancing which was excelent. The downside was we were left sitting for one hour on our ten o'clock arrival time as stated with out being offered a drink. When we were offered a drink we got two champagnes each which had to do us the whole evening as the table service was auful. I think if I went back again I would definately choose a table with dinner as the service seemed to be flowing on the lower gallery.
The dancing was superb and we saw some truely amazing stuff. Well worth a look and good value .

We had a group of 38 people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their evening.. The dinner in the L'orenoc restaurant was fabulous and service was truly excellent. The Jazz show was very good and the bottles of champagne was an excellent extra and all our guests went home extremely satisfied. We will definately use the come to paris facility again as they are really professional and easy to deal with.. Thank you and see you next year around the Prix de L'arc time.. bonjour
notre soirée a été exceptionnelle : un dépaysement total c'était tout simplement féerique toutefois nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir rester un peu plus longtemps au retour avec un peu de musique plutôt que de devoir quitter le bateau immédiatement ( environ jusqu'à minuit ).
le repas était excellent et le personnel très agréable.

We were very pleased whit this evening. Nice people and nice staff. We got married the same day and this was a very nice ending of our weddingday.All the reservations we made over the internet via ComeToParis was working exactly as promised.
Some things we ordered about 10 months ahead!
I would never hesitate to do it again.

Très bon accueil et agréable diner au restaurant l'Orenok.
Par contre l'orchestre Let's Groove n'était pas à notre gout. Une vraie machine à musique où les chanteurs et chanteuses avaient du mal à se faire entendre.

Bon accueil au restaurant l'ORENOC. Un diner sympa avec des plats appétissants et un vin savoureux. On fait tout pour vous être agréable.
L'orchestre LETs GROOVE est une "machine à musique". Les chanteurs ont du mal à se faire entendre et le répertoire ne varie pas. Nous n'avons pas ressenti d'émotion.

Dear All,
I tried to reply to your email survey but my laptop wasnt happy with it..and I really did want to comment on our trip.
We travel alot and are fortunate enough to have been exposed to the highest of standards for the people we work for.
I was under the impression that this trip to Paris would be great but also a little 'touristy '..anyway I booked a hotel which I had read a review of in a travel magazine (Mama Shelter.. great...for us, but you need to know your clientelle before booking...but ....excellent !!!!)
Anyway...I just have to tell you that your company is fab !!!!...not only was our table still there(Chez Francis) ..we arrived late..but we had the Eiffel Tower right behind us...Friendly (sorry but the french have a bad name !!) and excellent service for a 'booked ticket'
,the food was fantastic and the club was just as promised ..5 minutes away.
The show...and service and EVERYTHING..were superlative...I really can not find any fault...we paid for nothing...we wanted nothing and we had a most amazing night ..absolutley brilliantly organised ..it is a credit to your company and we will definatley be back to take on another show...

Cette soirée était destinée à faire un cadeau à mon épouse pour son anniversaire. Nous avons tous deux été enchantés de passer ce moment tellement agréable au gré des vagues à contempler les beaux monuments de cette si belle ville qu'est Paris. L'accueil par une hôtesse fort sympatique, un emplacement très intimiste, un personnel à bord formidable et d'un grand professionnalisme. Un dîner d'une grande classe "service Etoile", merci à notre serveur atitré (Daniel) pour sa disponibilité ainsi que sa gentillesse. Nous vous recommandons sans aucune retenue, cette expérience si agréable.

Excellent accueil et bel endroit . Le concert était parfait trés pro avec le Groupe Let's groove (pour les amateurs de funk 80's)
Le restaurant l'Oreno est également trés bien.

J'avais réservé une soirée dîner à l'Orenoc + concert de Blues avec Magic Slim au Lionel Himpton
Jazz Club pour les 60 ans de mon mari.
Le dîner était excellent (apéritif au champagne servi avec des olives niçoises,plats raffinés et copieux, vin très bon),l'accueil très attentionné, le cadre agréable...
Nous avons ensuite été accompagnés au club de Jazz auprès de notre table réservée, très bien placée face à la scène où nous a été offert une boisson au choix.
Nous sommes ravis de notre soirée.

Nous avions réservé une soirée Diner à l'Orenoc + concert de jazz au Lionel Hampton jazz club. Le diner était excellent, l'accueil très attentionné, le décor magnifique. Nous avons ensuite été guidés au club de jazz attenant où une boisson était offerte. Le concert était original, et nous étions bien placés. Mais nous regrettons de ne pas avoir eu accès, au moment de la réservation, à la liste des concerts du mois qui nous aurait permis de choisir un style plus approprié à nos attentes. Malgré tout, une très bonne soirée, bien organisée. Merci
